Have you done abs of diet of workout and exercise? So many people do that activity to of lose their weight. Even they do the short cut. They consume the weight loss weight pills. For a health male adult, the ideal body fat is about 10-12%, for female is about 14-16%. However, not all people have to follow the BMI guide. It is absolutely depend of the individual condition. But if what you do is close to BMI, you may close to ‘the flat abs’. If you have enough knowledge and good training, you will get your desired result at your abs.
